Zavala County will be issuing marriage licenses reflecting the June 26th, 2015 U.S. Supreme Court decision regarding same-sex marriage, beginning today, June 30, 2015.

Effective Oct. 2015, the County Clerk is accepting e-filing for all Civil, Probate and Guardianship matters.

First Page - $25.00

Each Additional Page - $4.00

Any Additional Owner Names - $0.50

 

** Please be advised that there must be at least 3 1/2 inch clearance from the bottom on the final page to file mark, or you will be charged for an additional page.
